Gold Extended Service Plan

OVERVIEW

This plan offers security both as a long-term investment in your bike and a one that is almost impervious to anything ordinary. It is the first year-long plan to address the entire bike on a continuous basis and includes an advanced servicing, the Consumer Assembly. Further discounts for maintenance and parts make it a worthy investment. The service is designed for the rider who cycles, maybe even races a bit, more-or-less all year long.

SERVICES - First Bike, First Visit

Free Assessment to document the Bike
Free Consumer Assembly with Basic Cleaning to show some sparkle
Fastest turnaround possible

SERVICES - Current Program Bike, Additional Visits

24-Hour Service for a quick turnaround whenever it needs work
Minor Repair for those small annoyances
Major Repair almost completely
Simple Cleaning so it looks good

DURATION - 1 Year

For the hearty and hardy rider!

DISCOUNTS - Only apply to current Program Bike

Labor - 15%
Repair Parts - 15%
Mileage - 20% (not tolls, ferries, etc.)

ADD ONS

Free Consumer Assembly for First Bike, save $60 thereafter
Race Assembly: Save $95
Overhaul: Save $95
Hand-Built Wheels: Save $20 for one, $35 for set
Cleaning: Basic - $30 per visit, Advanced - $60 per visit
Transfer Fee: $80

COST - $500

The Consumer Assembly and Assessment combined cost over $200. So that figures out to 1 solid year of service for less than $250! That's just a handful of services and the inevitable repair labor, and you're on the financial upside. It's 365 days, something is virtually guaranteed to break or malfunction.

UPGRADES over Silver Plan

Adds another 4 months (now a full year!)
Includes Consumer Assembly for the initial bike
Better cleaning
More repair labor covered
24-Hour Service
Even deeper savings

RESTRICTIONS

See Extended Service Plan Restrictions for a complete list.

NOTES

Because this service is available to used bikes, it can be more time consuming than a new build. Unless the bike is less than one year old or in exceptional condition otherwise, the cable systems should be replaced, maybe the chain/cassette, handlebar tape, and some rubber. All of the labor would be covered and it's time to replace them anyway.
