Bronze Extended Service Plan

OVERVIEW

Bronze was one of the first "true" metals used by man. Likewise, this plan is the first one to address the entire bike on a continuous basis. It includes price reductions for maintenance and parts. The service is designed for the rider who cycles about six months a year.

SERVICES - First Bike, First Visit

Free Assessment to document the Bike
Free Tune-Up with Basic Cleaning
Fastest turnaround possible

SERVICES - Current Program Bike, Additional Visits

3-Day Service for a quick turnaround whenever it needs work
Minor Repair plus a little extra for those small annoyances
Quick Wipedown, cleaner than when it arrived

DURATION - 4 Months

A well-timed purchase could last all riding season!

DISCOUNTS - Only apply to current Program Bike

Labor - 10%
Repair Parts - 10%
Mileage - 10% (not tolls, ferries, etc.)

ADD ONS - For Program Bike only

Consumer Assembly: Save $40
Race Assembly: Save $75
Overhaul: Save $75
Hand-Built Wheels: Save $10 for one, $20 for set
Cleaning: Basic - $40 per visit, Advanced - $80 per visit
Transfer Fee: Sorry, no transfers for this plan

COST - $225

The Tune-Up and Assessment combined cost over $100. So that figures out to four months of service for less than $100! With a paltry one or two visits to the shop during the four months, the plan has essentially paid for itself. And you know you're gonna get more than one service in four months. Bring it in every month for hassle-free riding. What a great value!

UPGRADES

Well,...this is the starting plan, nothing for comparison. Suffice it to say it is basically a permanent Tune-Up (minus some cleaning but with more repair services) for the duration of the plan.

RESTRICTIONS

See Extended Service Plan Restrictions for a complete list.

NOTES

Because this service is available to used bikes, it can be more time consuming than the equivalent service on a new bike. It is highly likely that some parts will have to be replaced during this process but usually they are small ones like cables, chain pins, rim tape, etc.
