Frame Preparation Description

OVERVIEW

While one would think that modern frame production methods would eliminate the need for manual machining, that's not the case. I've seen my fair share of $10k custom frames with alignment issues. Even companies that pride themselves on "perfection" routinely sell bikes that are out of their published tolerances.

All new bikes and frames that I sell receive this treatment. Any serious riders should have this performed on their existing bikes, too. It is critical for the proper functioning and longevity of components. This process forms the basis of the Race Assembly.
