OVERVIEW
Your tubulars will stay glued until it is time for them to be removed...even then they will not come off easily. Don't risk a disqualification, fine, or crash because your tubular rolls! I use the best glue and methods. Rims will be stripped bare in almost all circumstances before gluing begins. NOTE: Belgian cyclocross tape method available upon request.
